Thyme Square Restaurant in Hamilton

"Thyme is one of our favorite restaurants in Hamilton. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Our waiter went above and beyond and even created a custom cocktail for me that was not on the menu and matched my taste perfectly. We started by sharing the Nori Taco. Visually, it was a real experience and an absolute highlight. The smoked duck in the crisp nori shell with pickled cabbage and fresh avocado salsa was outstanding. For the main course, we chose the Beef Wellington, which was cooked perfectly and beautifully balanced. I had the vegetarian version with beetroot, which was just as delicious. Both dishes come highly recommended. To finish, we shared the Toblerone Tiramisu. And honestly, who does not love tiramisu? This one was rich, well balanced, and the perfect ending to the evening. We had a wonderful night and will happily come back again."

"I went there the other day, this place have such a unique vibe. I felt like all the sit inside is a bit stuffy, i prefer to sit outside. The staff is very professional and so much caring. The waiter who bring out my food is very attentive, he ask me when i try the food and when i finished it. What do i felt or how can they improve. I go with "Trust the Chef" in the menu with 3 course. The frist dish i have is pork with crunchy skin that one is the best. It just meal in my mouth. I was so happy The second dish i have is smoked chicken breast. It was ok, not really special but i do like it. I have macaron dessert, it look very bougie with the touch of wine taste but i'm not really like it watery that much. But it do taste nice actually. Just my preference. And last but not least if you have chance to visit this restaurants do ask for their special cocktails. It tastse so nice.. just not in the menu so do ask for it and thank me latter:)"

"Lovely atmosphere. Didn’t feel like we were shouting over the noise that other restaurants have, it was good noise wise as I had a raging sore throat so was great that I don’t lose my voice. Me and dad had the beef Wellington and it was cooked to perfection we didn’t need to use steak knives as the normal knives cut like butter. The desserts my sister, dad and I had was very good. The bread was very fresh and hot. Love it so much would definitely recommend to everyone."
